Very Good - Shows some signs of use, but remains clean, sound and tight. Pages are intact with no marks. The spine is strong and undamaged.

Good - A typical used book. All pages are present, but with possible loose binding. May be signs of bumped corners, or edges beginning to fray but remains in clear readable condition and held together well.

Fair - Well worn, but still a readable copy. No text pages missing, but may be without title page or end papers. There could be some markings that do not interfere with text.
